It's time for you to go over to the Riley Blake blog, Cutting Corners to check out my pincushion tutorial! I had such fun making it with this gorgeous fabric from Amanda of The Quilted Fish.
I made a Log Cabin pincushion, using this cute apple print for the traditional red center. It is filled with crushed nut shells. It's the first time that I have used them, and I really like the feel of the cushion with them in there.
Thanks for looking at my newest tutorial! Let me know if you're inspired to make one.

Cute pin cushion! I did a double take when I saw your name and Lincoln, CA on the Riley Blake blog.. I know her, and I know her shop! Congrats.
What is the name of the fabric for the apple in the center? I can't seem to find it and I LOVE it!!!
Thanks for the great tutorial.
