This is really what I wanted to share with you about my Easter, my favorite Potato Salad recipe from Jamie Oliver. It is so great with chives, mint, and radishes. The only thing that I do different is instead of buying creme fresh, I use half mayo and have sour cream. Mainly because that's what I have in my fridge. I don't measure it either. Just whip it with the olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Delicious!
We also had the usual ham, asparagus, hot cross buns. Plus Strawberry Shortcake for dessert which was a perfect spring dessert.
